Design process We aim to provide a seamless process for our customers. Here is a plan of how we generally work, however we are flexible and ready to discuss any other way of arranging project execution with you:
Website design
You make a choice od a package that is suitable to you or agree the project with us and place the order
You provide us with the text and images to go on each page.
If you're not a writer do not worry, just give us "bullet points" of what you would like to have on your site and we will write the copy for you.
If you don't have the images - no problem just specify what would you like to have and we will supply images from professional image library.
We will design first draft of a home page and send it to you to review
If you require any changes, amendments - you let us know and we will do them. You can have as many revisions as you like. Please be aware thet every revision will take at least 1worning day to be applied.
After you accept the design we will write the code and upload the site to the server on temporary address (only available to you) - you will then perform final check of all the content and data for errors or missspelings
After your finall aproval your site will be moved to correct address, live and available to everyone.
When you require any updates (change info, add or remove sub pages) we will do them free of charge.Free updates do not apply to ecommerce websites and adding new images from library.
All of our sites designs are based on our own templates or bespoke built from scratch for your business.

Design for print
You specify what type of product or design you require and provide us with the text and images
If you're not a writer do not worry, just give us "bullet points" of what you would like to have on your printed materials and we will write the copy for you.
If you don't have the images - no problem just specify what would you like to have and we will supply images from proffesional image library.
We will design first draft of your project and send a viewable copy to you (PDF, JPG) for evaluation
If you require any changes, amendments - you let us know and we will do them
After you accept the design (sign the proof or accept via email) - it goes to print and is despatched to you by a courier or post (depending on the weight) - you will be advised estimated delivery date on your final project acceptance. Business cards or leaflets take up to 14 days, more complex printouts as agreed with you on your project acceptace. Calendars are always supplied at the end of November of preceeding year.
All of our designs are done from scratch by our graphic designers.
